Linda Allen

Linda Allen joined RE2, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources in August 2011.  Linda is responsible for maintaining the culture and providing strategic human resources planning, talent acquisition and development, total compensation, recognition and reward programs, change management, training as well as regulatory and legal human resources related compliance.

In 2009, she started her own company where she provided human resources and operations consulting services to clients in various stages of development (start-ups, pre-funding, growth and mature) & industries such as medical device, manufacturing, healthcare, robotics, energy, building services, associations and not-for-profits.

Prior to consulting, Linda most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Amerinet, a national health care group purchasing organization (GPO). She was a member of the executive team and contributed to the overall strategic and business plan; lead all human resources aspects for mergers and acquisitions, total rewards, recruitment and retention, policy development, employee relations and communications. During her successful career with Amerinet, she held various roles within the organization in human resources and as a business leader for revenue generating business units. Linda also worked for several years for The Hospital Council of Western PA, a nonprofit regional health care association providing HR and operational services to members.

Linda has a M.A. degree in industrial and labor relations and a B.S. degree in business administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP).
