Products
RE2 has developed several products through its extensive robotic modular manipulation and unmanned systems research and development. RE2 offers several classes of products. RE2’s family of manipulators ranges from small lightweight arms as light as three pounds to large workhorse arms weighing more than three hundred pounds. RE2’s family of end-effector interfaces provides both automatic and manual tool-changing capability to its manipulation products, allowing a suite of end-effectors to be attached to RE2’s arms. In addition to its end-effector products, RE2 also offers tools that can be used either robotically or as standalone tools. Finally, RE2 provides high-speed agility with its modular unmanned ground vehicles that can accept manipulators and other payloads.

ManipulatorsRE2 offers innovative, power-dense manipulators ranging from small, lightweight arms to large, workhorse arms. All of RE2’s manipulators provide smooth, precise tool-point or direct joint control allowing UGVs to be more efficient and effective. All classes of RE2 manipulators support modularity and interoperability with current and next-generation robots. More Information |

Tool ChangingManipulators on currently fielded robots are typically limited to a two-finger gripper, restricting the types of tasks and missions that can be performed. RE2’s family of Quick Releases allows the end-effectors at the end of a robotic arm to be changed, either manually or automatically. More Information |
